As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !!
Sale is: Monday thru Wednesday ONLY ! Doors open at 4:00 PM each day.
-Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers.
-NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE !
-WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE!
-Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
-SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home.
-Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
-Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.
" Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised."
-All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted.
-Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases.
-If you break an item, it's yours to buy.
-Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate
-We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be having our first " TWILIGHT " Demolition Estate Sale in South Tampa on Monday through Wednesday this upcoming week.
This will be the first of 2 sales at this property.
This is a " TWILIGHT " Sale. Hours are 4:00 PM Thru 9:00 PM, ALL 3 DAYS
Chuck and Nancy Deskins are residents of South Tampa for many years. They have decided to downsize and as a result will be having a demolition estate sale. They have left everything as their new home is already completely furnished. This is an incredibly large home that's immaculate. No smoking or animals. Everything goes !
