ESTATE LIQUIDATION SALE AT THE HOME OF COUNTRY MUSIC SONG WRITER AND RECORDING ARTIST DUSTY OWENS.  The song written by Dusty Owens, “Once More,” was recorded over 100 times various artists including George Jones, Dolly Parton, Porter Wagoner and Vince Gill, and has been placed in the Country Music Hall of Fame.  Dusty has appeared at the Grand Ole Opry. In 1983, Dusty was recognized as one of the 50 artists making the greatest contributions to country music in the prior 50 years.  Dusty was also part of “The World’s Original Jamboree,” that aired weekly on the CBS radio network.  On September 1, 2006, Dusty was inducted into America’s Old Time Country Music Hall of Fame.

This beautiful one of a kind home was custom built in 1971 in Temple Terrace.  It is packed full of Civil War books, 94 volumes of The Franklin Library Limited Edition “The World’s Best Loved Books,” a Supermaestro Dallapé, a dulcimer, portable keyboard, Vintage 48 Star Bull Dog Bunting American Flag, a Golden Eagle Deluxe Motorized Scooter, and Coach purses.  It also contains all types of music and recording equipment, as well as the hundreds of LP’s, CD’s and reel-to-reel tapes that Dusty used in the operation of his internet radio station.  In addition to the above, this house also contains the following:
