As with other Estate companies, all Deal Estate Sale staff legally carry firearms !!
Sale is: Friday and Saturday ONLY ! Doors open at 11:30 AM each day.
-Children will be allowed in as long as there is no line of BUYING customers.
-NO PUBLIC RESTROOMS WILL BE AVAILABLE !
-WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO REFUSE SERVICE OR ENTRANCE TO ANYONE!
-Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
-SMILE, as usual, there will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the home.
-Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
-Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.
" Please remember that the owner has the right to remove any items out of this sale, even though they may be advertised."
-All items sold as-is and no refunds accepted.
-Bring help and your own tools to load large items as our employees are not allowed to assist due to insurance regulations. We do not have any staff available to load purchases.
-If you break an item, it's yours to buy.
-Florida Sales Tax Collected on All Sales Unless Exempt with Certificate
-We work closely with the client to ensure pricing is fair for all parties. 50% reduction of items is not guaranteed on final day of sale.

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be in the Citrus Park area this weekend for an IN - PERSON Estate Sale.
Hutto's Corner, a one-time Tampa institution, located on what was once was known as Buffalo Ave. Opened in 1945 by the Frank Hutto, it was an independent neighborhood grocery store in Seminole Heights. Frank and his family owned it until he sold it in 2000.
This home is one of the families residences and we will be liquidating the entire contents at this sale. The home is located in the Logans Gate Village Subdivision. There is a little bit of everything at this sale.
The home will be listed with a realtor at the conclusion of our sale.
