Doors Open At 9:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the HOUSE .
Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.

After many years in this home with their family, the Hensgen's have decided to downsize to a condo in Hyde Park. This is an amazing home in the heart of the Westshore area of South Tampa. The home is smoke free and immaculate. Everything that they are not taking with them will be for sale this weekend, including their jewelry collection.
