There will be a holding area. You may bring bags/boxes to place in the holding area BEFORE you begin shopping. Make sure your name is clearly marked on the bag/box. You are responsible for placing items in the holding area. Staff are not able to assist putting items on hold for you.
No large bags or purses. Bags are subject to search upon exit.
No food or drink; no pets.
No public bathroom
Please be mindful of children and yourself - you break it, you pay for it
There may be some boxes/bags/wrapping material on hand, but plan to bring your own

One day sale, from 9am to 3pm. No previews or presales as we are still staging and pricing. Prices, measurements and other details will not be given out prior to the day of the sale. Due to the layout of the house, we will allow 20-25 people to enter at one time during the hours of 9am to 11am.
Items for sale include twin/full bunk bed with trundle, sterling items, king sleigh bed (frame only), antique beds, sideboards and tables, household appliances - washer/dryer, refrigerator, stove (you MUST be able to remove yourself), everyday dishware, china sets, decorative items, children's toys/games, wicker furniture and more. Keep checking this page as we add more photos.
