All property is sold "AS-IS," WHERE-IS, with all faults, and all sales are final. NEITHER AUCTION KINGS GALLERY NOR THE CONSIGNOR MAKES ANY REPRESENTATION OR WARRANTY, EXPRESSED OR IMPLIED, AS TO THE AUTHENTICITY, MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS, OR CONDITION OF THE PROPERTY, OR AS TO THE CORRECTNESS OF THE DESCRIPTION, GENUINENESS, ATTRIBUTION, AUTHORSHIP, QUALITY, SIZE, CULTURE, ORIGIN, PROVENANCE,OR PERIOD OF THE PROPERTY. All measurements and weights are approximate. Reasonable effort has been made to ensure the accuracy of the description of each lot, but these are expressions of opinion and are not representations of fact. No employee of Auction Kings Gallery has any authority to make any representation regarding authenticity, age, origin, condition, measurement, clarity, color, or weight of any lot or lots. Artist's names and signatures do not carry warranty and are not guaranteed unless a certificate of authenticity accompanies a lot. Purchaser?s registration and participation in an auction signifies that you understand and accept this uncertainty. In the event that Auction Kings Gallery provides a certificate of authenticity, purchaser must notify Auction Kings Gallery of any information which causes purchaser to question such authenticity within Seven (7) calendar days of receiving such information, provided that any such notification must take place within Thirty (30) days or purchaser receiving the property and be accompanied by at least One (1)supporting statement from a recognized authority stating that the artwork sold is not the work of the identified artist.
In the event that Auction Kings Gallery approves a refund due to any issues, the property sold must be returned to Auction Kings Gallery in the exact same condition as when sold prior to a refund being issued. In the event an item is approved for refund or return, any and all shipping or transportation costs will not be refunded.
Auction Kings Gallery will not be held liable for any fees incurred by purchaser for 3rd party authentication or other professional services related thereto. All such fees are the sole responsibility of the purchaser. Except for cases involving gross negligence or willful misconduct, Auction Kings
Gallery shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, exemplary, or punitive damages resulting from any purchase.
No reference to imperfections is made in the catalog descriptions or verbally by the Auctioneers.

of the auction. Auction Kings Gallery will make reasonable efforts to respond to such questions in a reasonable time frame and matter, but any written or oral responses or descriptions are opinion only, and should in no way be construed as a guarantee of any kind as to age, condition, materials,
or any other feature. No statement, written or oral, shall be deemed a warranty or assumption of liability by Auction Kings Gallery, its agents or employees. It shall be purchaser?s sole responsibility to verify condition, authenticity, and attributes. The absence of a condition statement does not imply that a lot is in perfect condition or completely free from wear and tear, imperfections, or the effects of aging or other matters.
Auction Kings Gallery will add a buyer's premium of Twenty Percent (20%) to the final "hammer price" of each lot. The state of Florida Sales Tax, which is currently (7.5%), is computed on the total purchase price, including the hammer price and buyer?s premium. The purchaser will be required to pay Florida Sales Tax unless exempted through possession of a valid Florida Consumer Certificate of Exemption (Form DR-14). Purchaser is responsible for payment, along with any charges or fees initiated by their banking institution. Auction Kings Gallery is providing internet pre-auction and live bidding as a service to bidder. Bidder acknowledges and understands that this service may or may not function correctly on the day of the auction. Under no circumstances shall bidder have any kind of claim against Auction Kings Gallery, employees or agents or Auction Kings Gallery, or any third party involved in the auction if the online auction service fails to function as expected before or during a live auction. Auction Kings Gallery will not be responsible for delays or other technical difficulties, whether due to purchasers or Auction Kings Gallery's error, and will not be responsible for any missed bids from any source.
Auction Kings Gallery is not responsible for any bids placed in error, missed bids, or bids executed in error. If purchaser?s bid is successful and accepted, purchaser will be deemed to have entered into a legally binding contract to purchase the lot. The highest bidder acknowledged by the auctioneer shall be the buyer. The auctioneer has the right to reject any bid and to advance the bidding at his absolute discretion. In the event of any dispute
between bidders, the auctioneer has the sole and absolute discretion to determine the successful bidder or to re-offer and resell the article in dispute. Should there be any dispute after the sale, Auction Kings Gallery?s record of final sale shall be conclusive. Auction Kings Gallery reserves the right to withdraw any property at any time before the actual sale. Unless otherwise announced by the auctioneer at the time of sale, all bids are per lot as numbered in the catalogue and no lot shall be divided for sale.
All invoices must be paid within 24hrs of auction end time. The successful bidder(s) are responsible for having their items removed from Auction Kings Gallery within Twenty-One (21) days of the sale, whether by means of physical pick-up or shipping. Auction Kings Gallery is not responsible for the actions or inactions of any transportation or shipping companies. Auction Kings Gallery is not a storage facility; therefore, any purchased items left at
Auction Kings Gallery for more than forty-Five (45) days will become property of Auction Kings Gallery and will be re-auctioned. Auction Kings Gallery reserves the right to charge purchaser a late holding fee for any items left at the gallery for more than Twenty-One (21) days. Auction Kings
Gallery will have no liability for any damage to property left on the premises for more than Twenty-One (21) days.
If Auction Kings Gallery is prevented from delivering any purchased items to the purchaser by reason of fire, theft, or otherwise, the liability of Auction Kings Gallery shall be limited to One Hundred Percent (100%) of the sum actually paid by the purchaser for any such damaged item or items.
