Doors Open At 9:00 AM. Please be courteous when parking in the area.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the HOUSE .
Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in the sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.

Done Deal Estate Sales and Appraisals will be having another doubleheader this weekend. This sale will be in the New Tampa area, in the Arbor Green Subdivision. We are having an " Open House " along with a realty company.
The Hough family has retired and moved to John Knox Village, and left us to liquidate the contents of their home. In this home, there is a little bit of everything, including a 2008 Chevrolet Corvette and a EZ Wheels Scooter, that is brand new.
We are currently in the process of setting up this sale. There are many boxes to unpack. We will be adding photos as we conclude the setup process.
This is a gated community. You must show ID to enter the subdivision. You also must provide the address that you are going to. Let the guard at the guardhouse know you are attending the " Open House " .
