We have a huge small sale, along with some unique furniture pieces that we want to liquidate in two days. That means with the total mass that continues to be unboxed will be priced to sell in these two days. The home is to be cleaned out, so that means pricing will be below average of this sale.

Holding bins available as you shop. 10% coupons Tate allowed once a day. No price breaks nor bundling the first day of sale, so please don’t ask and know that the last day discounting of 25% off

until noon. Any bids are also honored ABOVE half price at noon before 50% at noon. This is only for larger higher priced items and will have to be increments of $20 above half price.

There is an amazing Mary statue made of concrete which is approximately 5’ high. Will need help to move this piece.
