When attending our sales please be aware of our ESTATE SALE POLICIES:

NO MASK NO ADMITTANCE!

PLEASE PARK RESPONSIBLY! Do Not Block neighbors driveways. DO NOT PARK IN, OR BLOCK THE DRIVEWAY at Sale Location. We use this area for Customer Drop Off & Pick Up for those who cannot walk a long distance to their car and for Customers loading large items.

This is a TWO DAY SALE, Saturday, May 1 and Sunday May 2, from 10 am to 2 pm.
Be aware that we do not typically open our sales before 10am, but if we can...we will open a few minutes early...IF we can!!

We are not equipped with manpower to help you load your purchases. We will have Dollies and hand carts for you to BORROW. If you buy a large or heavy treasure, bring the muscle with you for extra help. We do not deliver items. Though we do have names of reasonably priced delivery people. You are responsible for any damage caused to home or grounds while moving your purchases so please use care..

Payments: Cash! Debit or Credit Cards, we DO NOT accept Checks. All items are sold "AS-IS" and all sales are FINAL. There are no guarantees by those selling or the owner. And no Returns.

Be careful, if you break it, you must buy it, please try to leave little ones home, we have limited space in this small condo and would like to keep it available for adults who are looking for treasure.

You must remember that this is a home not a public place. Please watch your step and adhere to the signs posted throughout the house. All homes are not handicap accessible and some have unusual steps or flooring. If you are unsteady on your feet, please take every caution and bring appropriate walking aids.

THIS HOME HAS A 2ND STORY that will be used to sell some items. DO NOT Attempt to climb Stairs if you are unsteady or need assistance going up or coming down. We are planning (at this time) to use the 2nd Floor to sell Electronics, Office and Computer Items, Books and Some Clothing, Most other items will be sold on First Floor.

Do not enter designated places, open cabinet doors or drawers... all items available to the public are on display.

NO FOOD, NO ANIMALS, NO DRINKS OR SMOKING ALLOWED inside building.

You are at your own risk, on property and grounds and during this time of Covid -19 concerns. Watch your step, keep your distance and please be responsible for your own safety.

Restrooms are NOT available.

This Large, Two Story, 3,400+ sq. ft Florida Home is welcoming our Estate Sale friends to Tarpon Springs. Conveniently Located Off of Klosterman Rd. Near Belcher Rd.

DO NOT ATTEMPT TO CLIMB STAIRS TO 2ND FLOOR IF YOU HAVE ANY TROUBLE WITH YOUR LEGS, FEET OR STRENGTH.

We will be selling some of the furniture items before the sale, so please feel free to send a message if you are interested! Furniture does not include lamps, decor pieces, dishes... Just those big pieces that take up floor space! We are trying to clear out as much space as possible in order to allow more of our customers to safe shop while adhering to Safe Distancing Guidelines. MASKS MUST BE WORN! WE WILL NOT ADMIT ANY CUSTOMER WHO IS NOT WEARING A MASK.

Also be aware, we TRY to answer some of the questions that are sent to us, BUT we cannot give pricing before the sale except on Furniture. And we do not answer messages on the days of the sale. We just don't have the time. (It just gets too crazy!!)
