Payment must be paid in full before property is released. Funds will be due upon closing of the Auction or presentment of an Invoice. Payment accepted includes: Cash, Visa, MasterCard, Disc, PayPal and Check. Checks may be held for up to 5 days for the funds to clear before releasing the property. In cases of non-payment, the Auctioneer's right to void the sale does not relieve the bidder from their obligation to pay both seller's and buyer's premium and any damages incurred from loss of sale.
Buyer's Premium
An 18% Buyer's premium will be in affect and is additional to the hammer or purchase price. All Florida based bidders will be subject to a 7% Florida State sales tax; dealers are exempt from this if they have a valid Florida State Resale Certificate on file with E. M. Wallace Auctions prior to bidding.
