We have stopped all 'non-essential' sales, and are only doing necessary sales, in this case, the sale of the home and an eminent closing date. The Sale begins at 9am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time
Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. A Presale appointment must be made prior to the sale, office hours are Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM. Messages left during non-business hours will be tended to the next business day.

Large items can be picked up at the end of each day by appointment. Please bring help to load large items.
All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted.

Description & Details
Due to COVID 19, we will be changing our normal procedures for this sale. Please note the following: - We REQUIRE that you wear a mask to enter. BRING YOUR OWN MASK! - We will be providing gloves to each customer to wear if they so desire. - We will begin passing out numbers at 8am. The numbers indicate the order in which you will be permitted to enter. - After getting your number, please wait in your vehicle or on the premises and remain 6 feet away from anyone not part of your party. - The sale will open at 9am - We will be allowing 10 people in the home at a time. As people leave, numbers will be called in order. - The check out will be on the driveway each party must remain 6 feet apart and markings will be on the sidewalk. - If you pay be credit card and touch the card reader, please disinfect it with the Clorox wipes provided and dispose of it and your gloves when exiting.
