Due to COVID 19, we will be changing our normal procedures for this sale. Please note the following: - We REQUIRE that you wear a mask to enter. BRING YOUR OWN MASK! - We will be providing gloves to each customer to wear if they so desire. - We will begin passing out numbers at 8am. The numbers indicate the order in which you will be permitted to enter. - After getting your number, please wait in your vehicle or on the premises and remain 6 feet away from anyone not part of your party. - The sale will open at 9am - We will be allowing 30 people in the home at a time. As people leave, numbers will be called in order. -
We know that people have varying opinions on how this crisis should be handled. We have stopped all 'non-essential' sales, and are only doing necessary sales, in this case, the sale of the home and an eminent closing date. If you are unwilling to follow the procedures we have outlined, then please do not attend. Verbal abuse of staff will not be tolerated. Thank you for all your support
Credit Card Payments Accepted for Purchases of $30 or More, Cash or Local Checks ONLY with ID!
The Sale begins at 9am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time
Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale. A Presale appointment must be made prior to the sale, office hours are Monday thru Friday 9AM-5PM. Messages left during non-business hours will be tended to the next business day.

An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on any item!
Large items can be picked up at the end of each day by appointment. Please bring help to load large items.
All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted.
