The Sale begins at 9am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time.
Furniture will be advertised and may be sold prior to the sale.

Prices are firm on the first day of the sale.

An offer box is available at the sale and we encourage customers to submit offers on any item!

Large items can be picked up at the end of each day. Please BRING HELP to load large items. Staff will not be able to assist you with moving things out of the house or to your car.

All items are sold as seen and returns cannot be accepted. BE SURE to check all items you are interested prior to purchase. No returns. No exceptions.
