Payment Methods and Fees
Only cash and credit or debit cards are accepted for purchases. Please note that a 3% processing fee applies to all credit and debit card transactions.
Sales Tax Policy
A 7% sales tax will be collected on each sale. If you have a valid tax-exempt certificate, please present it at the time of purchase to waive the sales tax.
Merchandise Sales and Presale Policy
All merchandise will be available for sale only during the stated sale hours, with no presales allowed unless otherwise stated for specific sales. We kindly request that you do not call or message in advance for pricing, availability, or specific details about items.
Sale Hours and Admittance
Customers will be admitted only during the published sale hours. Early admittance is strictly prohibited.
Parking Guidelines
Please observe all posted no parking signs and refrain from blocking the street. Your cooperation helps ensure safety and accessibility for everyone.
Pricing and Discounts
Items will be priced as marked on the first day of the sale. Discounted prices may be offered on the second and third days, with some exclusions. Please note that prices are firm and negotiation is not permitted.
Bid Box for High-Value Items
For items priced at $100 or more, a bid box will be available. Please refer to the bid box for specific rules regarding bidding.
Item Condition and Return Policy
All items are sold as-is, with no warranty provided, either written or verbal. Returns and exchanges are not accepted. We urge all buyers to carefully inspect and test items before making payment.
Assistance with Large Items
Magnolia Lane Estate Sales staff cannot assist with moving, carrying, or loading large items outside of the sale property. Please arrange your own help or ask staff for a list of local movers.
Large Item Pickup Policy
Large items must be picked up by the end of the sale. Items not collected by this time will be relinquished to Magnolia Lane Estate Sales.
