Payment Accepted: Cash, credit cards, or local checks with valid ID
No Presales Available:
For some sales, we coordinate with the realtor and new homeowners, who may have first choice on select items. If this occurs, you may see items marked “sold.” This does not mean presales are offered to the public.
Communication Hours: We do not answer calls, texts, or emails before 8:00 AM, after 8:00 PM, or on Sundays. Thank you for respecting these hours.
Sales Tax: State and local sales tax applies unless a valid tax exemption certificate is provided.
3-Day Sale
Opening Time: 9:00 AM on the first day. Following days may open earlier if we are ready.
Pricing: Prices are firm on the first day.
Offer Box: Available if the treasures make it that far!

Large Item Pickup: Large items may be picked up at the end of each day. Please bring help—staff cannot assist with moving items or loading vehicles.
All Sales Final: Items are sold as-is. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing. No returns. No exceptions.
Liability: Liberty Estate Sales and the property owner are not responsible for accidents, loss, or damage to personal items.
