All sales final etc. All items sold as is, where is. No Bid Cancellations, No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. All Bids are final.
bUYER PREMIUM: Buyer premium of 15% of hammer price, and any other applicable fee. Successful Buyers will be charged immediately using the credit card you registered with on all charges.$1,000.00 and below, paid invoice will be emailed to you. Wire Transfer is required on all other purchases. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING:
It is the Buyers responsibility to contact & pay shipper. We will drop off your item(s) at our local shipping partners or the nearest UPS franchise store Shipping charges are the responsibility of the bidder to the Shipper. Items are to be removed set forth in the dates of each auction, delay may incur additional charges of storage and other fees to be paid by bidder

We charge sales tax on all items unless we have your current resale certificate on file before close of auction
VEHICLES AND OTHER TITLED ITEMS:
. Title and keys will be provided to buyer upon receipt of payment, removal of vehicles will be according to the terms of each auction. both will be added to Buyer invoice. Trailers require registration & plate. It is the buyers responsibility to obtain tags, insurance, shipping, title work from tag office, etc. at their own expense.
DISPUTES:
THE VENUE IS BREVARD COUNTY, FL FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTE, ARBITRATION OR ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING. Mediation and or arbitration will be used prior to filing any lawsuit, legal fees are to be paid to the prevailing party.
