SALES:
All sales final etc. All items sold as is, where is. No Bid Cancellations, No Refunds, No Returns, No Exchanges. All Bids are final.
BUYER PREMIUM: Buyer premium of 18% of hammer price, 3% discount of buyer premium if paying in cash. and any other applicable fee. Wire Transfer is required on all purchases over $1500. NO EXCEPTIONS.
SHIPPING:
3rd party or In House in our discretion. Our in house Shipping starts at 11.95 for the first lot, then 4.95 for each additional lot.
PREVIEW:
Live in person Preview(s) See each item description. Removal is : See each description for removal dates/times. Buyer(s) agree to all terms & conditions; rely on their own inspection & information as descriptions are believed to be accurate however NOT Guaranteed all legal fees, all deficiencies, etc
CHARGES:
100% Due Auction Day. Your credit card will be charged. 18% Buyer Premium,, plus sales tax & any applicable charges. ALL purchases OVER $1,500.00 require WIRE TRANSFER. 7% Brevard County Florida sales tax will be applied to all purchases except Real Estate and any other applicable charges. No Exceptions. We charge sales tax on all items unless we have your current resale certificate on file before close of auction
VEHICLES AND OTHER TITLED ITEMS:
. Title and keys will be provided to buyer upon receipt of payment, removal of vehicles will be according to the terms of each auction. both will be added to Buyer invoice. Trailers require registration & plate. It is the buyers responsibility to obtain tags, insurance, shipping, title work from tag office, etc. at their own expense.
DISPUTES:
THE VENUE IS BREVARD COUNTY, FL FOR ANY AND ALL DISPUTE, ARBITRATION OR ANY LEGAL PROCEEDING. Mediation and or arbitration will be used prior to filing any lawsuit, legal fees are to be paid to the prevailing party.

Join our Live Auction on Saturday October 24th at 1PM featuring model trains, holiday decor, Lots of sports memorabilia, vintage pottery, Precious Moments, glassware, tools, appliances, jewelry, coins, electronics, furniture, camping gear, clocks, home improvement and more. our online auctions can be found at: auctionallinc.hibid.com. Our live auctions are the 2nd and 4th Saturday of every month from 1-4PM. Preview is Friday 10-3PM and Saturday 10--12:30 PM before the auction. We take consignment on Monday and Tuesday from 10AM to 3PM and by appointment. We are taking art, coins, cars, boats, ATV's, tools, some furniture, jewelry, silver, vintage collectibles, and other items.
