The Great Outdoors

Greetings everyone!  The Management at the Great Outdoors has granted me permission to conduct an Estate Sale at the residence.  The only requirement is if you want to attend this sale, you must provide your name and cell phone number to me by 23 September 2014.  E-mail your contact information to:  Leckron@cfl.rr.com, Please put “Great Outdoors Sale” in the subject line.  If your name is not on the list, you will not be able to attend the sale.

The days of the sale we will open at 8:00AM and close at 2:00PM.  Vehicles will enter the Great Outdoors, stop at the guard shack and provide your drivers license.  The guard will give you a pass to be placed on the dashboard of your vehicle.  You will drive to a designated parking lot and transported via Golf Carts Unlimited to the residence.  Buyers that purchase large items will be given a pass and driving directions by the golf cart driver to drive your vehicle to the residence for loading your items.  The Management has requested furniture or large item pick up to be done between 2:00PM and 5:00PM.

Please pay attention to the posted speed limit.  The main road the speed limit is 35, and at the flag pole the speed drops to 15MPH.  If you speed, you will get a ticket.
