The buyers of large Furniture and Appliances are responsible for removing the item(s) from the property. Please bring your own manpower and suitable vehicle. We do not supply tools to remove things such as mirrors from dressers, or hoses from Appliances. Please come prepared if these are the types of things you are looking to purchase.
We are not responsible for accidents inside or outside of the property. Please Park responsibly. Leave room for emergency vehicles, mail trucks, garbage trucks etc,. Do not park in driveways or on neighbors lawns.
