Hi Everyone! We're so excited to be in Heritage Springs for the second week in a row to bring you this wonderful estate sale, packed with quality furniture from Ethan Allen, Kincaid and other great manufacturers, home goods, and treasures from every corner of the house. Here's a room by room look at what's waiting for you.

Master Bedroom & Closets

The master closets are full of women's clothing in a nice range of sizes, including a U.S. size four, a Polo Ralph Lauren large, women's large and medium tops, a women's extra large sweater, and pants in a ten to twelve range. Shoes run mostly eight and a half and nine, and there's a good variety of styles. You'll also find women's handbags, several women's watches, adult underwear, and multiple packages of continental flushable wipes, along with a nice set of bed linens.

The bedroom itself features a beautiful solid wood bedroom set by Sterling House Collections out of Jamestown, New York, including matching nightstands. There's also a second dresser, a ten drawer piece, and a matching eight drawer chest, both solid wood in a darker finish with an early 80s to late 70s style, though we weren't able to find a maker's mark on these two. A gorgeous Lane cedar chest rounds out the storage, along with a high back chair in light blue and yellow tones, wall clocks, and a pretty arrangement of faux sunflowers.

For entertainment, there's a Sony television, approximately 55 inches, paired with a Sony sound bar, sitting on a four to five foot media piece with two glass front doors and two side cabinet doors.

Living Areas

The living room offers an oak coffee table with four drawers, unmarked but nicely made, plus a charming round wicker table by Kincaid Furniture, item number 68028, manufactured in 2010. There's also a Laura Ashley Home coffee table, a large and comfortable rattan chair, and a vintage rolling bar cart by Ethan Allen with fold up wings and a drawer, a real classic piece.

In the den and living room you'll find a lovely collection of Ethan Allen furniture, including a drawer chest, a green side table with a high back chair and matching footstool, and more. There's also a china hutch, a dining room table, and a small side table by Globe Furniture, a division of Burlington Industries.

A showstopper in this room is an enormous grandfather clock by Sligh, model number 0800-1-AN. Nearby are shelving units with assorted china, likely also Ethan Allen, a glass top coffee table, and a beautiful white loveseat by Interiors by Decorating Den (it has a small brown stain that may be cleanable). A vase with a faux flower arrangement and a matching pedestal complete the room, along with a pretty flowered area rug.

Kitchen & Pantry

The kitchen is well stocked with a nice set of plates, dishes, and glasses, plus decorative birdhouses, a Cuisinart coffee maker, a stainless trash can, a hot water kettle, and a collection of coffee cups and mugs. The pantry holds additional kitchen essentials as well.

Craft Room

Craft and hobby lovers will want to spend some time here. There's a Gemini Junior die cutting machine, a compact step stool, a filing cabinet, a table, and a faux fern. Storage includes stackable supply boxes, an array of frames, assorted power cords, other storage boxes, and a nice selection of linens. There's also a smaller vintage dresser and a charming Homestead by Sears secretary style piece.

Lanai

Out on the lanai you'll find a couple of loungers, a nice wooden swan, a stool, TV trays, assorted chairs, a little two person rattan table, and a small wooden bench.

Garage

The garage includes a brand new, still boxed punching bag by Century (centurymartialarts.com), approximately four feet tall. There's an older Kenmore refrigerator and freezer, a wheelchair and other home health items, a wheeled cooler, a Black and Decker portable vacuum, a step ladder, a boxed Christmas tree ready for setup, a couple of camp chairs, a bear crossing basket with a blown glass orb, a tree cutter, a light fixture, and a portable Weber grill, model 120, black charcoal.
