Bring your own packing materials . Boxes are limited.
BRING YOUR OWN HELP TO LOAD HEAVY ITEMS. We are all old with bad backs and cannot help. All furniture must be picked up No Later Than 2pm Saturday or by limited appointments. Always look where you are going.
Children must be in hand at all times. No baby carriages allowed. All large personal boxes, bags and baskets must be left outside or placed near check-out HOLD TABLE. Not responsible for Accidents.
Please do not block driveways or trashcans or mailboxes of neighbors when parking.
All items sold AS IS. Please test electronics/ machines prior to purchase. NO RETURNS OR REFUNDS
HOLD BINS are in place outside the carport for carport and outside items. A member of my crew will assist you at that location and provide you with a receipt to take to Check-out. If you place an item in a HOLD AREA consider it SOLD. Please be courteous and patient. Full price Friday. 50% Saturday and bundling and best offers starting at noon. Do not pull price tags off furniture and other large pieces unless you plan to purchase.
