This ad is for the Estate Sale, it is not an online sale for individual items. First come first serve on posted event dates and times, no holds.
The estate representative has the right to pull any item at any time.
We make every effort to price items at fair market value. We do not mark items high in an effort to have negotiating room or come down. On higher priced items we will consider fair offers.
What is not sold by Sunday morning at 9:00 AM will be reduced to 50% off when doors open at 9 AM SUNDAY, with the exception of a few items that the owners are not willing to let go at 50% off.
You can find us with many more pictures and videos of the estate on Facebook by the name of Luka Blue LLC. We post a video each evening after we close so that you can see what is available the next day.
Please respect the neighbors and park along the street and do not block neighbor driveways. Leave room for large vehicles to get through.
We love to see all our regular customers and welcome all new comers.
We do not tolerate difficult or verbally combative/abusive customers. We will refuse service and ask those to leave. All Luka Blue LLC employees are aware of our polices and empowered to make a decision on terminating a customer relationship at any time on the property.

Hi everyone,
It is with great honor and pride that we bring you our next Estate Sale from the home of a local entrepreneur, Geanie Folder and her husband Matt. They are relocating (locally) and will be redecorating their new home with other treasures.
This home is located in the exclusive community of Cypress Landing Drive, in the River Hills Masters Neighborhood, Valrico, FL. 33596
This will be a four day sale on:
August 17th - 20th. We open promptly at 9:00 AM
This absolutely beautiful home is filled with the most unique, impossible to find, one of a kind, items.
A large collection of beautiful art. From many known artist of all type genre.
We have more work to do as the sale dates are quickly approaching. I will be adding additional pictures as we work.
It has taken Geanie and her husband decades of pouring through unique boutique stores, searching out treasures online, having items shipped from abroad and constantly scouting to amass this exquisite collection of home decor and furnishings.
A few of the items shown in these pictures will not be included in the sale, as they are being pulled by the owner (Very Few). I will be posting final pictures and the address as we get closer to the sale date.
There are many more unique items not pictured.
This is a gorgeous house filled with nice items, many of them very artistic in nature from local artist as well as abroad. Many high end and name brand items as well as everyday items.
