• All sales are FINAL. No refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits.
• No Backpacks or Big Purses/bags allowed on site of sale
• All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. Buyers are responsible for inspecting items and determining condition, age, authenticity, value, and suitability before purchasing.
• We accept cash, check, and major credit/debit cards. A 3% discount is offered for cash or check purchases.
• Applicable Florida sales tax will be collected unless a valid resale certificate is presented and accepted.
• Buyers are responsible for removing and transporting their purchases. Please bring your own help, tools, packing materials, and appropriate vehicle for large or heavy items.
• Auction & Gavel is not responsible for damage to items during removal or transportation, or for damage to the property caused during removal.
• Auction and Gavel and Property Owner is not responsible for any bodily accidents during estate sale or on when in property shopping.
• Paid items must be picked up during the designated pickup period unless prior arrangements have been made.
• Items left after the stated pickup deadline may be considered abandoned unless other arrangements have been made with Auction & Gavel.
• Photos and descriptions are provided as a convenience and may not show every flaw or condition issue. Please inspect items carefully before purchasing.
• Buyers are responsible for their children and guests while on the property.
