YOU MUST CALL 772-913-0666 (ask for Cass) FOR AN APPOINTMENT! Appointments may be scheduled 11/13/18 through 11/17/18. Again, call Cass at 772-913-0666 and he will put you on the calendar, give you the address of the sale (Off Route 60 in Vero Beach between the mall and I-95) and instructions on how to get through the gate and where to park. Do not show up early for appointment, call if you will be late or to reschedule. Only 2 parking spots are available in driveway. If both are filled, overflow parking is found by front gate (1st left at gate, park on the left in guest spots) and you must walk to house.

All items must be removed by the end of last sale day--NO loading assistance provided. Cash is preferred however, we will accept a credit card for purchases over $35.00. All items are sold AS IS, NO REFUNDS, NO EXCHANGES, NO RETURNS, ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We are an estate sale company so sales tax must be collected.
