Terms & Conditions

BY BIDDING & PURCHASING, BUYER ACKNOWLEDGES AND AGREES TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS AS OUTLINED BELOW:

AGREEMENT. By registering to bid, placing a bid, or otherwise making a purchase of a lot (or lots) from Integrity Auctions and Estate Sales LLC. (hereafter known as ?Integrity?)- whether in person, by absentee bid, through an agent, or third party bidding platform - you hereby enter into, and agree to be bound by and comply with, this Agreement.
Your Bid Is an Offer. Any bid you submit can and may be the winning bid for a particular lot. Any bid you submit constitutes an offer to buy the lot for the amount of your bid, subject to the terms of this Agreement. If we accept your bid, you become contractually bound to buy the lot in accordance with that bid and this Agreement.
All Sales Are Final. All items are Sold ?As-Is? unless otherwise stated in the lot?s description. You as the bidder are responsible for satisfying yourself about the condition or any other matter concerning each lot on which you bid. Bidders are advised to closely examine all of the photos, descriptions, and titles of any item they wish to bid on prior to bidding. Integrity will not accept any returns or refunds due to the buyer not fully examining the lot (except as outlined in Section 5).
BIDDING. By placing a bid, you agree to purchase the lot for that amount of money plus Buyer?s Premium (26% of hammer price), any and all applicable local and state taxes. Tax exempt customers are directed to submit any applicable documentation directly to Live Auctioneers. The auctioneer shall have sole discretion to refuse any bid, or refuse to acknowledge any bidder.
PAYMENTS. Payment must be made in full prior to items being shipped or picked up. Payment can be made directly through LiveAuctioneers, or we accept check by mail, bank wire transfer, and Stripe. If a customer wishes to make other payment arrangements please contact Integrity directly by phone or email.

If a credit card is on file with LiveAuctioneers, it will be charged the balance on the invoice within 72 hours following the sale by AutoPay. If no other payment arrangement is made, AutoPay will attempt the card on file up to 3 times if the first attempt is not successful.
SHIPPING, HANDLING, AND PACKING. We offer in-house shipping, fully insured, with tracking to all customers. Shipping quotes will appear on your invoice. By paying your invoice, you agree to utilize in-house shipping. When making payment through the LiveAuctioneers platform, you will be given the option to select ?Live Auctioneers? Shipping? or select your own. By selecting your own, your item(s) will be shipped in-house. Integrity does not accept any responsibility for any items that may arrive damaged or broken during transit. In the event this occurs we ask that customers reach out to the Auction House directly by phone or email to file a claim with the shipper. Handling, packing and shipping of purchased lots is at the entire risk of the buyer.
International Shipments: ALL IMPORT/EXPORT FEES INCURRED ARE TO BE PAID BY THE RECEIVER.
In the event that a Buyer chooses to return an item, any costs related to the return shipping are to be deducted from the final refund amount.
RETURNS AND REFUNDS. All items are sold ?AS-IS, WHERE-IS.? ALL SALES ARE FINAL. If an item is damaged in shipping, we will file a claim with the insurance company on your behalf. Reimbursement will not be made until the insurance claim is approved and paid. Refunds will be given at the sole discretion of Integrity and on a case-by-case basis. Refunds will be for the Hammer Price ONLY. NO EXCEPTIONS. Buyer?s Premium, shipping costs, and any relevant fees will not be refunded. Refunds may take up to 30 days to process. Funds will be returned to the original payment method used during purchase, unless otherwise agreed upon between customer and Integrity.
ITEMS OFFERED FOR SALE. All items listed for sale are photographed and described to the best of our ability. We are a consignment based auction house. We do not own any of the items listed unless otherwise stated. Condition reports are available for any lot listed. To request additional information, photos, or a condition report for an item, please send us a message or an email and we will further assist you. Condition Reports may not cover all faults, defects, alterations, or adaptations made to a lot. Integrity assumes no responsibilities for errors and omissions contained in any such report. Any statements made by us are intended as statements of opinion only, are not to be relied upon as statements of fact and do not constitute representations or warranties of any kind. We do not warrant, and we specifically disclaim, the condition of any frame that accompanies any lot. All lot descriptions, Condition Reports and other information we provide with a lot reflects our opinion, but are not representations of any fact or circumstance. We accept your bid on any lot in reliance on your promise that you have fully satisfied yourself about the lot.
WITHDRAW. Integrity Auctions and Estate Sales LLC. reserve the right to modify, amend, or alter the terms and conditions of this agreement at any time before, during, or after the sale. We reserve the right to cancel any sale at any time. Final authority in all matters related to the authority to bid and bidding rests solely with Integrity and the auctioneer conducting the sale.
BREACH OF CONTRACT. If a customer chooses to violate or breach the terms outlined in this contract, Integrity reserves the right to pursue any legal action that is applicable.
