This is a guard gated community in Viera. The only way you can enter the neighborhood is pull up to the gate give the guard your driver's license and tell them you're here for the estate sale. Only the driver needs ID to enter the property. Parking is extremely enforced please park only on the side of the street as the sale that house is on. Do not block the neighbor's driveways or mailboxes. By not following these rules you may be towed at your expense.
Cash only. Bring extra help to load your furniture some pieces are extremely heavy! And please bring help to move all items that you purchase. We are not responsible for any accidents. All items are being sold in as is condition all sales final no refunds or exchanges. Please bring the proper equipment to move your item. Bring your own bags, boxes, moving supplies and your own help to move your items.
