There will be a limited amount of people allowed into the home at one time due to the " FIRE CODE "
Be patient.
There is no parking near the home. You will need to look for parking areas then walk down to the sale. The Tampa mayor lives on the Island and will have your vehicle towed if parked in a no parking area ! ! !!!!!

Due to increased theft, no large purses or bags will be allowed in this sale. Please don't bring them, so I don't have to ask you to leave them outside.
Please do not call, email or text asking for prices. We do not give out prices prior to the sale. You must attend the sale for pricing and information.
Shoplifters will be prosecuted. You steal, we call police.
There will be hidden surveillance cameras throughout the house.
Cash, cards are accepted.
There is a 4% Done Deal Administration Fee for use of a credit card.
Doors Open At 9:00 AM.  Please be courteous when parking in the neighborhood.

Bring help and your own tools to load large items.
