Payment is due upon close of Auction. Buyer's Premium is 25%. Buyers without a Florida Resale Tax Number will also pay a 7% sales tax.

After 30 days, unclaimed lots will be assessed $25.00 per day from the date of sale for storage. Buyer pays ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
