1. Item Condition
All items are sold AS-IS, WHERE-IS. No warranties, guarantees, or returns. Please review descriptions and photos carefully and ask questions before bidding.
2. Bidding
Bids cannot be canceled once placed. By bidding, you agree to purchase the item at your winning bid plus applicable buyer’s premium and sales tax.
3. Payment
4. Buyer’s premium applies to all purchases.
5. Pickup
• All items must be removed during the scheduled pickup window.
• Buyers must bring sufficient help, tools, and packing supplies.
• We do NOT bring items back to our warehouse.
• Items not picked up will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund.
6. Forfeiture & Future Bans
Failure to pay, pick up, or comply with terms may result in item forfeiture and banning from future auctions.
7. Finality of Sale
All sales are final. No returns or exchanges will be accepted.

| REMOVAL & PAYMENT: Friday Feb. 27th 9:00 am - 5:00 pm, Saturday Feb. 28th, 9:00 am – 3:00 pm. ITEMS MUST BE PICKED UP IN THESE (2) DAYS – Please Make Sure This Works Before Bidding!! NO SHIPPING Will Be Done By Auction Company. All items must be out by Saturday Feb 28th as that is our last day onsite. The building has been leased there is no option to get any extension of time. Any items not removed by this date will be considered abandoned and bidder will forfeit all right to any items not removed, including all deposit or payment monies. Buyers are fully responsible for all cost to remove their purchases. Please get removal quotes prior to bidding and bid accordingly. If you buy a machine or a lot you must take the entire lot.
