All Sales Final. Cash only preferred but will consider local checks with ID because of high ticket items. Not responsible for accidents. Will only be allowing 20 people in yard gate at a time. Please be respectful of my neighbors and do not block neighbors driveways. No large bags or purses. There will be help available for loading larger items.
