No bags or pocketbooks allowed . It is a small house so we must stick to this rule. We will have some packing material and bags available . CASH or Zelle only .
We are not responsible for any accidents or parking . Please park with care do not block anybody’s driveway. There are many small items, but there are a lot of large items. We do not have movers on the premises but feel free to contact your Mover or ask us for a Mover‘s phone number all big items must be removed by Sunday after the sale. Please bring help to load the large items
We collect sales tax unless you have with you a current Florida sale tax certificate .

This lovely home was designed in the 80s and is full of lovely vintage Asian art and furniture. Many lacquer pieces with lovely inlays, both stone and mother of pearl.
