All items must be shipped by us using an insured carrier (UPS, FedEx, or DHL). Will call is not available as we don't keep inventory at our offices due to security concerns. All order fulfilment takes place at a different secured location and as a result we are unable to allow items to be picked up. We reserve the right to refuse any sale due to unforeseen circumstances including, but not limited to: damage to an item, out of the stock listing, misrepresented item, withdrawn consignment, or other such issues. In the event of a refused sale for which payment has already been received, a full refund will be issued equal to the purchase price of the given piece. *These are estimated timeframes and are not guaranteed. Piece may be switched with a different number if multiples present(frame and format will match). We are not and do not claim to be affiliated with any artist or gallery in our auctions. We do not guarantee authenticity of items and use presented COA, or appraisals when provided.Buyer will be responsible for any fees or taxes associated with purchase.
