ABSOLUTELY NO CHILDREN ALLOWED AS THERE IS A VAST COLLECTION OF "UNSUITABLE FOR CHILDREN" ITEMS IN THIS SALE.
NO LARGE HANDBAGS AND EVEN THOUGH YOU ARE KNOWN TO ME, I MUST ASK EVERYONE TO FOLLOW THIS RULE. YOU WILL BE TURNED AWAY AT THE DOOR IF YOU BRING ONE - NO EXCEPTIONS. Sorry for the trouble but we have to adhere to this rule.

ALSO, NO PARKING ON ANYONE'S DRIVEWAYS. I've given my number to the residents surrounding the property and have told them to call me if anyone does. If they don't call, they have the right to call a tow truck.
