All Sales Final – All items are sold as is, where is, with no guarantees, warranties, or returns. No warranties expressed or implied. Descriptions are believed to be accurate but are not guaranteed.

Buyer’s Premium & Tax – A 20% buyer’s premium will be added to all purchases. Florida sales tax applies to all purchases unless a valid resale certificate is provided.

Payment – Credit cards on file will be charged automatically at the close of the auction unless prior arrangements are made with the auctioneer. Declined payments must be resolved within 24 hours or items may be forfeited. No chargebacks or payment reversals are permitted.

Pickup – Local pickup only in the Orlando area on Saturday, 9/13 from 9am - 12pm. The pickup address will be provided on invoices sent to winning bidders. Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, labor, and equipment to load purchases. Valid photo ID may be required at pickup.

Forfeiture – Any items not picked up during the designated time frame will be considered abandoned and forfeited without refund, and may be resold or disposed of at the auctioneer’s discretion. No refunds will be issued for abandoned items.

Liability – Auctioneer and staff are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost/damaged items once sold. Entry to pickup site is at buyer’s own risk.

Bidding Agreement – By registering to bid and placing a bid, the bidder acknowledges and accepts all terms and conditions of this auction. All bids are binding contracts to purchase.

Disputes – The auctioneer’s decision is final in the event of any dispute regarding bidding or sale of items.
