Please review the following terms and conditions carefully before attending our sale. By participating in our estate sale, you agree to adhere to these guidelines to ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for all.
1. General Terms
- All sales are final. No refunds, exchanges, or returns.
- All items are sold "as-is" and "where-is." No warranties or guarantees are provided.
- We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. Checks are not accepted.
- Please inspect all items carefully before purchase.
2. Entry and Conduct
- Numbers will be given out starting one hour before the sale begins to manage the order of entry.
- We reserve the right to limit the number of people entering the premises at any given time.
- No early birds. Please wait until the sale opens to the public.
- Be respectful of the property, neighbors, other customers, and staff. Any disruptive behavior may result in being asked to leave the sale.
-Do not block driveways, park in front of mailboxes, or tread on neighbors properties. Park on one side of the road to allow through traffic.
3. Payment
- Payment must be made in full before removing items from the premises.
- Credit card transactions will incur a processing fee of 3%.
4. Removal of Items
- All items purchased must be removed by the end of the sale unless other arrangements have been made.
- Bring your own help to load large or heavy items. Our staff cannot assist with loading.
- We are not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur during the loading and removal process.
5. Pricing and Negotiation
- Prices are firm on the first day of the sale.
- Discounts will be offered on subsequent days, as posted at the sale.
- No haggling or negotiating prices on the first day.
6. Liability
- Charmer’s Estate Services is not responsible for any accidents or injuries that occur on the property during the sale.
- By attending the sale, you agree to enter at your own risk and waive any liability claims against Charmer’s Estate Services.
7. Security and Surveillance
- For the safety of our staff and customers, the premises may be monitored by security personnel and/or surveillance cameras.
- Shoplifting or vandalism will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law.
8. Hold Policy
- We do not hold items for later purchase. Items are sold on a first-come, first-served basis.
9. Children
- Children must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
- Please keep children under close supervision to prevent accidents or damage.
10. Pets
- No pets are allowed on the premises, with the exception of service animals.
11. Privacy
- Personal information collected during transactions will be used solely for the purposes of processing payments and will not be shared with third parties.

Description & Details
Winter Haven estate sale January 31st–February 2nd! Explore a garage full of top-brand tools (Snap On, Milwaukee, Fluke, Blue Point, Craftsman, Rigid, etc). Also featuring Harley Davidson merch, vintage dining and kitchenware, electronics, music gear, survival supplies, and more!
This sale will have two shopping areas: the garage with all the tools, and the interior of the house with everything else. Please read the guidelines below to ensure a smooth shopping experience:
General Guidelines
- We reserve the right to limit the number of shoppers in each area for safety and to maintain a comfortable shopping environment. Extended wait times may occur.
- Separate Checkouts: Tools must be paid for in the garage area, and interior items must be paid for inside the house.
Garage Entry:
- Ticket Required for Entry: A ticket dispenser will be available near the garage. One per person.
- Numbers will be called starting at 9:00 AM. We will allow 15 shoppers in the garage at a time and let more people in as congestion clears.
- To ensure a smooth experience for all, a ticket dispenser will be available starting the evening of Thursday, January 30th at 5 pm. Be sure to grab a ticket to reserve your place in line.
Interior House Entry:
- No Ticket Required: Line up at the front door for entry at 9:00 AM.
Important Notes
- No cross-entry between the garage and house. To shop both sections, you must:
- Checkout in the first section.
- Store purchases in your vehicle.
- Enter the other section through its designated entrance.
- Patience is appreciated as we manage crowds to create a safe and enjoyable experience for all shoppers.

First come, first served. To claim item you must have in your hands or put on hold table. For heavy items like cabinets, remove hanging tag to claim. You can use a box to transfer items to hold.

Fighting will not be tolerated.
Parking:
As always, we kindly ask that you respect the home and neighborhood. Please avoid parking in front of mailboxes or driveways, refrain from walking on neighbors’ lawns, and be sure not to block through traffic. Your cooperation helps ensure a smooth event for everyone!
