- No backpacks or large purses, strollers inside the home.
- We prefer CASH to keep your cost down!!! Also, we accept; All Major credit cards, Venmo, PayPal (which all includes a 3% fee). No checks.
- Check your items carefully before purchasing.
- You break it you buy it.
- All sales are final. No refunds or returns.
-Bring your muscles, tools, and help to load your items. We do not have the manpower to help remove items. All heavy items have to be picked up one hour before the end of the sale day.
- We reserve the right to open the sale before the posted start time "EACH DAY" of the sale.
- First come, first served!! We do not use list or number tickets. The waiting line must monitor itself.
- We are not responsible for accidents.

two full-size beds with a mattress in the original packaging and bed frames. If there is still a lot left at noon, all items except the furniture will be for $1.

Our next sale in Winter Haven which has a little bit of everything. The owner lived at the property since the mid 60's. The surviving family has decided to pass these treasures onto a new home. After the sale the home will be on the market for sale.
