Great Expectations Realized   ...one of the NOW rare estate sales where finding your Unicorn is possible as we piece together enumerable collections in every room, nook, cranny and closet. 

This historical house built in 1938 is packed full of treasure.
The property will also be listed for sale following our sale. 
From Antique to Vintage this property stores many different sought after collections.  
There is a fabulous hand carved Mediterranean Tiki bar and large collection of bar ware from days gone by.  
Stay posted as we update the list of contents of the house, the apartment, the yard and barn.  
Photos will tell all.  
There will be more than one sale at this location.  

February 24-25 is The First Sale  and will be setup in the large barn garage and outdoor yard area. Some items are priced and some aren't. We'll have plenty of staff to price and write your ticket for the register.
 Furniture, furnishings, china, artwork and collectibles from the house will be added to garage.  The garage already has furniture, housewares, tools, gardening, bikes, Porsche and MGB car parts.  Some of the vintage bar ware collectibles, signs, equipment, supplies, and glassware are displayed there and will be added to from the house.  Quite an interesting and extensive collection from days gone by.  Watch the photos as the week goes by.
