*We cannot help you move items- if you are considering buying furniture please understand you are responsible
for moving it. Please bring your own tools/ hand truck and help as we are unable to assist.
*If you want to bring a box or basket to hold your goodies you are more than welcome BUT for backpacks, large
purses, coats and other bulky items we ask you to please leave them in your car.
Just bring your wallet, yourself and your sense of adventure!
**Sometimes the owner may change their mind about selling items which is out of our hands- if you are traveling
a distance for a particular item you may want to call first just to double check that you will have a chance to
purchase it**
For large items we have a two part tag system- take the bottom portion of the tag to the register for payment and a sold ticket will be placed on the item for you

In a word- this sale is "lovely". The previous owner was an interior designer and the home is filled with wonderful statement pieces throughout. It is a large four bedroom, two story home- if you have problems with steps please note there are steps all around. When parking please park on the "sale" side of the street or side streets. Please do not block driveways, mailboxes or trash cans. There are many pieces of furniture at this sale- please note that while we are more than happy to sell these pieces to you, we cannot move them for you so bear that in mind when making your purchases.
