Huntridge Estate Sale

* NO PRICES GIVEN OUT BEFORE THE SALE.
* The Sale begins at 9:00 am and access will NOT be allowed prior to this time.
* We do not load or lift, so please bring help with you.
* All items sold as is. No returns, no exceptions, TRY IT BEFORE YOU BUY IT.
* We are a business & collect Florida Sales Tax of 7%, unless a valid Dealer tax certificate is provided
* We accept cash, local checks (with valid DL) and credit cards.
* We have a $10.00 minimum on all credit/debit card transactions and a 3% charge will be added to any credit card transaction over $100.00
* All items purchased MUST be removed by the last day of the estate sale.
* Please note: we are busy conducting the sale and most times do not retrieve phone messages during a sale.
* Bring help to load items you may purchase, tie down cords & blankets to wrap any furniture items you have purchased. The Sales associates are busy with sale and cannot leave their post(s).
* No Public Restrooms.
* Enter at your own risk. We & the homeowners are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ANY ACCIDENTS, LIABILITIES OR CLAIMS.
* Property is under video surveillance. SHOPLIFTERS WILL BE PROSECUTED TO THE FULL EXTENT OF THE LAW.
* We ask that no purses or large bags be brought into the sale and NO PETS.
* ALL CHILDREN MUST BE ACCOMPANIED BY AN ADULT AT ALL TIMES.
* No drinks or food allowed inside the house where the sale is held.
* Please do not park in driveway. Driveway may be used for loading up purchases from the sale only.
* We use commercial grade and environmentally friendly sanitizers prior to and during the sale, and require all employees to be free of illness to work.
* FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED TO ENTER THE ESTATE SALE. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU HAVE ONE.
* All items purchased MUST be removed by the last day of the estate sale.
