AFF or the homeowner/client are not liable for any injury or accident while on property. It is the customers responsibility to follow all safety signs and precautions. Enter at your own risk.
Please do not block driveways, mailboxes or neighbors' yards.
ALL SALES ARE FINAL. NO REFUNDS WILL BE OFFERED
ALL MERCHANDISE IS SOLD AS-IS. IT IS THE CUSTOMER'S RESPONSIBILITY TO INSPECT ALL ITEMS BEFORE PURCHASE.
No large purses , bags, strollers or backpacks allowed. NO EXCEPTIONS.
No discounts will be given on the 1st day of sale.
We accept cash, credit and debit cards. No checks. For purchases using credit/debit cards over $25 a drivers license is required. SALES TAX is collected unless you have a current resale certificate.
ALL large items must be picked up by NOON on the last day of sale unless prior arrangements have been made. Please bring the proper tools and supplies needed to move your items. You must provide your own help to load. We DO NOT load items for you.
Delivery may be available for a fee. Please inquire at checkout.
You are encouraged to bring your own boxes and packing supplies as they might not be available at every sale. You are free to pack your own purchases after payment is complete.
No pricing will be given out before the sale.
We reserve the right to PRE SELL certain items at each sale if necessary.
Video recording may be in place during the sale. We reserve the right to remove unruly customers from the sale.
