~ ALL ITEMS SOLD – “AS-IS, WHERE IS”

~ We Accept: MASTERCARD, VISA, AMEX, DISCOVER, CHECKS, CASH

~ We charge a 13% BUYERS PREMIUM with a 3% discount for cash/check (local only please)

~ We also charge a 6% SALES TAX (GA Residents ONLY). Unless you have a PRINTED COPY of your sales tax exempt ON FILE ***

~ If your items are to be sent/delivered to SW Florida (Englewood area only), there will be a $2 surcharge per item (max $30) for travelling/handling fees.

~ Auctions are currently held twice a month beginning on the FIRST and THIRD Monday of each month. To maintain the integrity of all bids, all members must register prior to being admitted to this group by providing their name, telephone, email and mailing address.

~ Each auction will run for 7 days and close on the Sunday at approximately 9pm. (Exact time 9:00 pm and 59 seconds-- due to the way Facebook timestamps member posts).

~ Items won in this auction must be picked no more than 7 days after the auction closes.

*** Please note that this is a FIRM deadline---the long term success of the auction depends upon its enforcement. If you are unable to pickup within the 7 day deadline, please do not bid.

~ Bidders failing to pickup by the deadline will be removed from the group and unable to participate in future auctions. There will be NO exceptions without the explicit permission of the auctioneer.
