1. There are no returns, no refunds, no exchanges, no exceptions. In other words, all sales are final.
2. We accept cash or credit. Sales tax will be charged on all purchases.
3. We will not discuss pricing prior to the sale start date/time. Once the sale begins, we will give out prices and try to call people back. If you leave a voicemail, please be very specific about the sale location and the item in which you are referring.
4. Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Men will not be available to to help in moving, loading, and delivering items during the sale.
5. Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways and mailboxes or impede the flow of traffic.
6. We are not responsible for any injury you sustain while on the premises of the sale.
7. Due to Coronavirus risk, we are asking that all attendees to our sales wear/bring/provide their own protective clothing, face masks, hand sanitizer, etc. to help reduce any risk. We will additionally be taking our own measures at our sales to reduce the traffic flow during the sale to reduce any risk. We also will ask all those who are showing any signs associated with Coronavirus stay home quarantined. NO EXCEPTIONS!
