*We accept Cash, Cash App and Credit/Debit cards. There is a 3% or higher convenience fee for all Credit/Debit card purchases. We do not accept checks.
*No refunds or returns....all items sold 'AS-IS". Please test all items prior to purchasing...electrical outlet/extension cord will be available for your use.
*Please bring your own boxes/packaging material if needed. No large bags to be taken inside the sale. There will NOT be assistance to be able to help w/ moving/loading heavy items...please bring appropriate vehicle and help with you.
*We may have the need to limit the amount of shoppers inside the sale at any given time....first come/first serve.
*Please do not block driveways. We will have loading zone blocked near sale for your use after checking out.
*All items must be picked up PRIOR to the end of the estate sale. We will "hold" an item only if it has been fully paid for.
*50% off on the Sunday (Last day of sale) 1:00-3:00 unless item is listed as "FIRM"
