We do not allow access to the estate before days of sale. Please be understanding!

On sale day to purchase large furniture see staff to assist and purchase. Please Don’t remove tags unless you are purchasing.
• Please bring extra help for large purchased items. Lucky Ladybug and the Estate Owner is not responsible for accident and/or injuries at property.
• Lucky Ladybug can provide a third-party moving reference, if you need to hire additional help.
• We will provide bags and boxes for your wonderful finds, while supplies last
• Please pick up purchased items within two hours before close of business on the last day of sale.
• We accept cash and credit cards & Venmo ** Please note there is a 3% added charge for credit card purchases.
• GEORGIA SALES TAX ON ALL PURCHASES. Tax exempt sales must show proof at check out
