Beautiful home in Adairsville, GA, former owners of J&A Auction in Adairsville. Selling the contents of the home and outbuildings including furniture, glassware, collectibles, pottery, Christmas decorations, pictures, kitchen items, outdoor furniture, tools, electronics, and miscellaneous items. All items are sold "AS IS" with no expressed or written guarantee, please inspect items before purchasing, no exchanges or refunds will be given. Parents, please keep children with you at all times, there is a lot of merchandise and you will be responsible for breakage. Boxes and paper will be available for small items, please bring assistance with you to remove furniture or other large items, help WILL NOT be available at the sale. Please be careful when moving/removing large items, you WILL BE responsible for damage to walls or flooring. Terms of the sale are cash or check with picture identification, WE DO NOT ACCEPT DEBIT/CREDIT CARDS, denomination of $20 or less appreciated. All items must be removed by the end of the sale on Sunday unless prior arrangements have been made or due to inclement weather. FACE MASKS ARE REQUIRED FOR ENTRY TO THE HOME and SOCIAL DISTANCING IS IN PLACE. Parking is on the road, please do not park in driveway to allow for loading of purchases, please do not block neighbor's driveways or mailboxes. NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR ACCIDENTS OR INJURY!!
