Kay Hind

We are so pleased to have the opportunity to host this moving and downsizing sale for Mrs. Kay Hind, recently retired from Sowega Council on Ageing.

Some very nice antiques have been added from another estate as well as photography props from Heritage Photography in Albany. 
There are two dwellings on this property and both are filled to the brim!

 1930’s camelback sofa, two antique French chairs, several chest, a small three drawer Louis XVI style chest (very old), flip top game table with beautiful base, mahogany china cabinet, beautiful old coffee table with leather top, antique tea caddies, small lap desk, mahogany Duncan Phyfe base dining table with three leaves, a set of six mahogany dining chairs with pierced splat back in Chippendale style, comprising 5 side chairs and one arm chair. Sheraton style sideboard, mahogany china cabinet, three tier mahogany dumb waiter, several side tables, three bedrooms filled with two pair twin beds, one in mahogany and the other 1940’s country French style oak headboard and footboard with matching bedside table and desk/dressing table.  Oak king bed, and country French oak full bed with headboard and footboard.  Beautiful chest of drawers, mahogany chest of drawers with matching three drawer dresser.  Dressing table with mirror and mahogany bedside table, poster full bed as well as iron king bed in rec house along with pretty little painted half bed.  Round table with 8 captains chairs, 8 antique oak dining chairs, sweet old upright piano, (what fun at your next party).

 Pair new swivel, linen covered lounge chairs, two cushion sofa, mahogany writing desk, butlers tray coffee table, oak Victorian three door bookcase with leaded glass at top from Judge Black’s home here in Albany.  Several benches, stools and small chairs.  Vintage toys, tricycles, 1950’s old toy trucks, 1950’s Lionel train, train track on plywood, Winner Electric Train (never played with) 1931 – 1932.  Pair Victorian “courting chairs”, several sets china, glassware and more glassware.  Vintage yard tools, pretty concrete bench with rabbits, concrete pots and garden décor.
