All Sales Are Final:
No returns, exchanges, or refunds. Please inspect items carefully before purchase.
Payment Methods:
Accepted forms of payment: cash, credit/debit cards (with valid ID), and other methods as posted at the sale.
All payments must be made in full at the time of purchase.
Item Condition:
All items are sold “as-is” and “where-is” with no warranties expressed or implied.
Buyers are responsible for verifying authenticity, condition, and functionality before purchase.
Pricing & Discounts:
Any discounts will be announced and applied at the seller’s discretion.
Holding & Removal of Items:
Items will not be held without full payment.
Purchased items must be removed by the end of the sale day unless prior arrangements are made.
Buyers are responsible for bringing their own packing materials, tools, and labor for moving items.
Liability Waiver:
Customers enter the property at their own risk.
The estate, property owner, and sale company are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or property damage.
Conduct:
No early entry before posted sale hours.
No large bags, backpacks, or outside food/drink inside the sale area.
Children must be supervised at all times.
Sales Tax:
Applicable sales tax will be collected unless a valid Georgia resale certificate is provided.
Right to Refuse Service:
The estate sale company reserves the right to refuse service to anyone for disruptive or unsafe behavior.
