This sale is CASH ONLY!!! A 10% Buyer's Premium and Sales Tax will be collected!!! If you purchase a unit, you have 24 hours to get EVERYTHING out of the unit! The good, the bad and the ugly! If you leave anything on the property, you will be banned from all storage auctions conducted by Doan and Associates. There is a $100 deposit if you buy one unit, if you buy more than one unit, it goes down to $50 per unit. You will get this back once the unit is clean and everything is taken!
