Hi, thanks for viewing our sale. The following are some of the regulations for our sales:

All sales are FINAL. NO EXCHANGES OR REFUNDS. It's up to you to thoroughly explore your items.
*All merchandise is sold AS IS.

We accept cash, credit cards with a 3% fee, Venmo & Apple Pay.  No checks whatsoever.  WE ACCEPT DEBIT CARDS for purchases for items over $10

By Georgia State Law we are required to collect sales tax on all purchases unless you provide a copy of your Georgia State Sales Tax Exemption form for our files. In this case identification will be required and must match the name on the tax exemption form. You cannot share your Tax Exemption form with any third party. If the Tax Exemption form is in a Business name, you must supply proof of employment with said business to use the exemption.

We do NOT allow any PRE-SALES over the PHONE unless OTHERWISE STATED.  We will not discuss pricing prior to the sale. We’re happy to answer any questions about particular items.  Once the sale begins, we will give out prices and try to call people back. If you leave a voicemail, please be very specific about the sale location and the item in which you are referring.

Cotton & Company Estate Sales, LLC is not responsible for accidents nor is the home owner. You enter at your own risk, and in doing this, we have no liability for injury to you or damage to your items. Be aware of your surroundings and observe any signs.

Please be prepared to provide your own labor. Our employees will not be available to help in moving, loading, or delivering items during the sale. We do have several companies we recommend that can help with moving and delivering your purchased items.

Please be respectful of neighbors and park in a manner that does not block driveways, mailboxes, roads or fire hydrants or impede the flow of traffic. Please Do NOT park on any lawns.  The driveway is for Unloading items only!!!  If you are parked in the driveway, you will be asked to move.

No large shopping bags or purses will be allowed into the sale without prior inspection.

All children are to remain directly with their parents and must be supervised at all times. Children are NOT allowed to run and play all over the house.  Children are NOT allowed to play with or handle items before they have been purchased. Parent is responsible for purchasing any items broken from their children.

We offer holding table/shelves when there is room to do so; however, we are not responsible for items that may be removed from the holding area while you are shopping. We reserve the right to ask you to pay for items in the holding area as placing an item(s) on the holding area is a commitment by you to buy item(s).

We have the right to refuse the sale of any item due to missing price sticker, sticker swapping or an item that may have been mispriced.

NO pets permitted, unless they are Service Animals.

No public restrooms available - please don't ask

Please be respectful to other shoppers.

Bring bags/totes/boxes/wrapping for your items at checkout. We do not provide these.  We reserve the right to inspect all shopping bags prior to anyone exiting the sale.
Please do not hoard items to weed through later.

If you pick up an item and decide not to buy it, please place the item back where you found it.

Please be careful while shopping. If you break or damage an item, you are fully responsible for the cost of the item.

Please respect the property. If you damage the homeowners property during the sale, you will be held financially responsible.

You may MAKE AN OFFER on items priced over $50. Ask the manager for an offer sheet. Your offer must be for at least 60% of the asking price or more (e.g. offer on a $100 table would have to be $60 or more). We will call you the evening before the last day of the sale to inform you if you have the highest offer. You must pay for the item before we open on the last day of the sale, and pick up or arrange a time to pick up your item(s) at that time.

We are insured, bonded & licensed

All items must be removed prior to the end of sale unless other arrangements have been made with the Estate Sale staff. 
*Please park only where designated. Please do not block driveways, roads, mailboxes or fire hydrants.
