Please bring and wear your mask. Please do not come if you are sick.
We will limit the number of people in the house at one time as necessary.
Policies
1. Please park with care and consideration on the house side of the street. Do not park in or block driveways. We assume NO liability for accidents.
2. We are NOT RESPONSIBLE FOR INJURY sustained while on the sale premises so please BE CAREFUL!
3. All items sold “As Is”. All sales are FINAL, please make sure to look over your items before purchasing as there are NO guarantees, NO returns. NO exchanges. Feel free to plug in an electrical item to make sure it works before purchasing.
4. If you break an item, then unfortunately, you buy it.
5. Cash and Venmo accepted.
6. Please bring your own packing materials for the items you purchase.
7. Please be prepared to provide you own labor and tools for moving the items you purchase. Purchased items must be removed by 3:00pm on the day of purchase.
8. Please be honest (no stealing), respectful, kind and considerate to all! Enjoy the bargains!
Note: Numerous items previously in storage are now included as part of this weekend’s sale; therefore, if you have been to a previous sale at this property, then this will basically be new to you items.
Note: If you want something that does not have a price, then ask one of sale workers. You will usually get an unmarked item at a very low price.
